Soft Strength began with two friends, Jenny and Crystal, and a shared love for Pilates - the kind of movement that builds strength through control, intention, and grace. As their practice deepened, they noticed something missing: pieces that felt as good as they looked. Everything was either functional but uninspired, or cute but lacking the quality and performance needed to truly support movement.
