Refund policy

We want you to love your Soft Strength purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Change of mind items purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unaltered
  • Have all original packaging attached
  • Be returned in their original condition

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping/postage costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • The cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed
  • Shipping costs for exchanged items are at the customer’s expense

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 4 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist before your order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Items

If your socks arrive damaged, please email us at contact@softstrength.com.au with a photo of the item and we’ll help you out.
